Q: Why is the hair so expensive?

A: The hair is is expensive because of the quality! You are literally paying for the quality! This is the best quality hair in the world! I can say that with confidence because i have been a hairstylist for over 20 years, and there is no competition! This hair will last you literally years! With the proper products, this hair will bounce back like new after every single wash and condition! This hair remains the same width; (no split ends) from root to tip. You will also save tons on money, look the best, as well as wear the best hair while doing it. Its for sure worth the investment, and i wouldn't mind spending a little extra money, if I know that i will receive all of those benefits.

Q: How long will this hair last?

A: This hair is the best quality hair on the market! With proper care, this hair can be used for atleast a year.

Q: How should i take care of this hair, and what products are recommended?

A:Do not use hot water to wash the hair. Use cool or luke warm water to shampoo. Shampoo only when needed(too much shampooing can cause the hair to become stripped) i recommend Conditioning more than shampooing. Bed head resurrection is recommended for the hair.

Q: Can i color the hair?

A: Yes you can color the hair. This hair will remain its natural texture, even through the coloring process. This literally is the upperechelon of hair, so it definitely acts as such, however, i would not recommend coloring the hair to 613.

Q: Does the hair tangle and shed?

A: There will be minimal, and i do mean minimal shedding. As far as it goes with tangling, i cant really even use this brand and that word in the same sentence. if its one thing this hair isn't going to do, its tangle!

Q: How much hair do i need?

A: for 10-22 inches i recommend 3 bundles, 24-28 inches, i recommend 4 bundles, 30 inches and up, 5 bundles are recommended.

Q: Can i make changes to my order?

A:You can make changes to your order if it is reasonable timing. Email us as quickly as possible, and if your order has not been yet shipped out, you can easily make the changes to your order.

Q:can i cancel my order?

A:You can easily have your order cancelled, as long as it is not a custom order, and as long as we have not shipped out product.

 

Q:How can i pay for my order?

A:We accept all major debit and credit and debit cards. We also offer affirm and klarna.

 

Q:How do i know that you received my order?

A:You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.

 

Q:Will i receive. a confirmation email when i place my order? 

A:Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Q:How long will my order take to get to me?

A:Please allow 5-10 business to receive products. (custom order please allow 3 weeks for product)

 

Q:Can i return my product for a refund?

A:You can return any item for a full refund, (shipping cost not included) that has not been opened or used in any kind of way, as long as it is the same exact condition and returned within 10 days. You can text and upload a pic of the items that you desire to be returned to be assured that they are suitable for a refund.
